Billionaire George Soros has donated $18 billion to his organization Open Society Foundations, the essential instrument for his worldwide political influence and charity.
This transfer of funds, as per the Wall Street Journal, represents the majority of Soros’ establishment, which he accumulated through a questionable career as a financial specialist.
The Journal states:
“Open Society has vaulted to the top ranks of philanthropic organizations, appearing to become the second largest in the U.S. by assets after the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, based on 2014 figures from the National Philanthropic Trust.”
Soros transferred the cash as a component of an arrangement to ensure his activism proceeds after he resigns or passes away. $18 billion is approximately three times bigger amount of cash spent by all sides, in all races, amid the 2016 election.
Although the Open Society Foundations won’t be centered just on the United States, Soros’ organization will certainly be the greatest player on the US political scene.
On a world scale, Soros is associated with attempts to promote Muslim migration from the Muslim world into Europe and the US.
Soros attended a series of meetings in Davos recently. He wasn’t hiding his intentions on those meetings and stated that he will give his best to force Trump out of office. In order to do that he is ready to use all of his money (estimated more than 30 billion $).
Soros is also well known for supporting left-wing groups and funding the Black Lives Matter movement.
